This is a vintage and original first year Parker 75 Cisele Flat Top set of fountain pen and ball point made in sterling silver with gold filled trims. The pen has fine 14k solid gold nib and works with cartridge or converter system. As you can see in the picture it comes with its original converter. It has inner thread made in brass. It comes too with the original tool to change the nib position. It comes in its original cardboard box. It was made in USA.
